爐子的燃燒器采用的是自動點火器，并帶火焰檢測。在正常點火后，如果突然停電，安全裝置電磁閥自動切斷氣路內燃氣供應。蓄熱式加熱爐的輻射傳熱：輻射傳熱是物體熱射線的傳播過程，溫度越高，輻射能量越大，此種傳熱存在于爐氣對爐壁、爐氣和爐壁對鋼坯表面。此時必需重新開啟電磁閥開關按鈕，使燃氣重新送入到爐子燃燒器內，但是我們在燃燒器上設計配套的電子打火并帶火焰檢測，只要氣體進入到燒咀內電子打火器就會自動打火，點燃氣體燃燒。

At this time, the switch button of the solenoid valve must be reopened to re send the gas into the burner burner, but we design a matching electronic fire and fire detection on the burner. As long as the gas enters the burner, the electronic lighter will fire automatically and ignite the gas combustion.

蓄熱式加熱爐的傳導傳熱：傳導傳熱是溫度不同的物體直接接觸（或物體存在溫差）由于自由電子的運動（對于鋼材）或分子的運動（對于爐氣）而發(fā)生的熱交換現(xiàn)象，此種傳熱發(fā)生在鋼材表面及內部和鋼材及爐底之間。

Conduction of conduction in a regenerative heating furnace: conduction heat transfer is the direct contact of a different temperature (or the existence of a temperature difference between a body) due to the movement of free electr (for steel) or the movement of molecules (for furnace gas), which occurs between the surface and inside of the steel and between the steel and the bottom of the furnace.

緊迫停爐時，制止只用外表風封閉控制閥，一定要封閉爐前手閥。如遇被加熱介質中止，應當即救活，爐膛通入蒸汽。爐出人員及過熱蒸汽壓力計；調理風門及煙道擋板；緊迫放空設備；防爆門；爐膛及回彎頭箱救活蒸汽線。

When the furnace is shut down, the outer closed valve must be stopped. The hand valve must be closed. If the heating medium is discontinued, it should be saved, and the furnace is connected with steam. Furnace personnel and superheated steam pressure gauge; conditioning air valve and flue baffle; urgent emptying equipment; explosion-proof door; furnace and elbow box to save steam line.

臺車式加熱爐的組成包括加熱爐本體和余熱回收系統(tǒng)。余熱回收系統(tǒng)中有一個空氣預熱器,空氣預熱器是又由非冷凝式空氣預熱器和冷凝式空氣預熱器兩段組成。

The trolley heating furnace cists of a heater body and a waste heat recovery system. There is an air preheater in the waste heat recovery system. The air preheater is  of a non-condensing air preheater and a condensing air preheater.
