軋制H型鋼時(shí)，軋機(jī)作為機(jī)架使用，帶有兩個(gè)水平輥和兩個(gè)立輥，對(duì)軋件的腹板和翼緣四面碾壓。軋制普通型鋼時(shí)，軋機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)換成兩輥機(jī)架，即不帶立輥，只帶有兩個(gè)水平輥，對(duì)軋件進(jìn)行軋制.

軋機(jī)前后有對(duì)中導(dǎo)衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進(jìn)入軋機(jī)。Therefore,alargeandmedium-sizedsteelmillisadoptedinthisform。三架軋機(jī)的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺(tái)在軋線外側(cè)，換輥時(shí)間長只用20min。傳動(dòng)側(cè)的牌坊，通過液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側(cè)的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導(dǎo)衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機(jī)的軸承座上。
