側(cè)壁斜度超差產(chǎn)生的原因為:
(1)輥型不正;壓力過大,型鋼與矯直輥間隙過小。
(2)輥子磨損、矯直機軸竄動過大,液壓螺母沒有鎖緊或者止推軸承磨損過大都會引起側(cè)壁斜度超差。
