齒輪減速機(jī)具有體積小，傳遞扭矩大的特點(diǎn)。齒輪減速機(jī)在模塊組合體系基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)制造，有的電機(jī)組合、安裝形式和結(jié)構(gòu)方案，傳動(dòng)比分級(jí)細(xì)密，滿足不同的使用工況，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)電一體化。

Gear reducer has the characteristics of small volume and large torque transmission. Gear reducer is designed and manufactured on the basis of modular combination system. There are very many motor combinati, installation forms and structural schemes. The transmission ratio is fine and classified to meet working conditi and achieve mechanical and electrical integration.

在輸出軸上安裝傳動(dòng)件時(shí)，不允許用錘子敲擊，通常利用裝配夾具和軸端的內(nèi)螺紋，用螺栓將傳動(dòng)件壓入，否則有可能造成減速機(jī)內(nèi)部零件的損壞。

When driving parts are installed on the output shaft, it is not allowed to knock with hammers. Usually use assembly jig and inner thread of shaft end to press the transmission parts into bolts with bolts, otherwise, it may cause damage to internal parts of reducer.

允許輸入法蘭：

不能大于或小于臨級(jí)減速機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸，如減速機(jī)PLE80?的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法蘭為80mm,其臨級(jí)的減速級(jí)是PLE60?和PLE120，PLE80?允許法蘭不應(yīng)小于60mm,也不能大于120mm。

Allow input flange

It can't be greater than or less than the standard  of the reducer. For example, the standard flange of reducer PLE80 is 80mm, and the deceleration stage of its reducer is PLE60?隨著市場需求的不斷深化，讓減速機(jī)市場得到快速發(fā)展，當(dāng)然減速機(jī)的品種也在不斷豐富。 PLE120, PLE80? The maximum allowable flange should not be less than 60mm, nor greater than 120mm.

對減速機(jī)箱體進(jìn)行共振測試，找出共振位 置，增加適當(dāng)?shù)慕顥l（板），可以提高箱體的剛度，減少箱體的振動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)降噪。多級(jí)傳動(dòng)時(shí)要求瞬時(shí)傳動(dòng)比的變化盡量小，以保證傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，沖擊及振動(dòng)小，噪聲低。

By testing the resonance of the reducer box, finding out the resonance  and adding appropriate ribs (plates), the stiffness of the box can be increased, the vibration of the box can be reduced and the noise can be reduced. In multistage transmission, the change of instantaneous transmission ratio should be as small as  to ensure stable transmission, low impact and vibration, and low noise.
