設(shè)計的沖壓件必須形狀簡單，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，以有利于簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu)、簡化工序數(shù)量，即用少、簡單的沖壓工序完成整個零件的加工，減少再用其他方法加工，并有利于沖壓操作，便于組織實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動化生產(chǎn)，以高勞動生產(chǎn)率。

設(shè)計的沖壓件，在保證能正常使用情況下，盡量使尺寸精度等級及表面粗糙度等級要求低一些，并有利于產(chǎn)品的互換，減少廢品、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

設(shè)計的沖壓件，應(yīng)有利于盡可能使用現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、工藝裝備以及工藝流程對其進(jìn)行加工，并有利于沖模使用壽命的延長。

凸模刃口端部修出斜面或弧形。這是減緩沖裁力的有效方法。減緩沖裁力，即可減輕對凹模側(cè)材料的拉伸力，從而達(dá)到抑制沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的效果。

The end of the punch is repaired with a bevel or arc. This  an effective way to slow down the blanking force. By reducing the force of buffer, the tensile force of the side material of the die can be reduced, so that the stamping and twisting effect can be suppressed.

薄板：鋸削時盡可能從寬面鋸下去，若必須從窄面鋸下時，可用兩塊木墊夾持，連木塊一起鋸下，也可把薄板直接夾在虎鉗上，用手鋸作橫向斜推鋸，使鋸齒與薄板料接觸的齒數(shù)增加，避免鋸齒崩裂。

Thin plate: sawing as far as  as wide as when sawing. If must be sawed from narrow surface, it can be held by two wooden blocks and sawed together with wooden blocks. The sheet can be clipped directly to the vise, and a hand saw is used as a transverse oblique saw to increase the number of teeth contacted with the sheet material and avoid the crack of the saw teeth.

將閉合的模具放置于雎力機(jī)工作臺或墊板上適當(dāng)位置，如果使用氣墊，先要放好頂桿，并標(biāo)記好模具的擺放位置。

手動扳動沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動按鈕），使機(jī)床上滑塊下行并停于下死點(diǎn)位置。

Place the closed mould on the bench or pad of the mandrel machine. If the air cushion is used, the ejector pin should be placed first and the placement of the mould should be marked.

Manually pull the flywheel of the stamping machine (or  the moving button), so that the slider on the machine tool will be downhill and stop at the bottom dead center.
