混流泵

（二）泵蓋是泵與進水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活動間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生磨擦，過大則會導致泵內壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調整紙墊達到規(guī)定的間隙。

gap).Friction will be

produced if

the gap is too small, contrary, if the gap is too large, the pressure water in

pump will reflux which

makes the

feeiciency reduced.Adjust the paper washer and make the gap be stated one.

 8、填料處漏水太多

 The padding is

 leaking water too much

 1、填料壓得太松

 2、填料裝置不好

 3、填料大小不一或磨損過多

 4、填料質量差，密封性不好

 5、軸套磨損太多

 1.The padding is pressed too loose

 2.The padding does not assemble well

 3.The padding is not of niform size or it

 wears too much

 4.The padding is with bad quality and

 tightness

 5.

 1、上緊壓蓋到適應程度

 2、調整填料搭口，使之錯開一定角度而不在一個方向

 3、更換填料

 4、更換符合要求的石棉填料

 5、更換軸套

 1.Tighten the gland up to suitable degree

 2.Adjust the padding jiont up to some

 angle not in the same direction.

 3.Change the padding

 4.Change the suitable asbestos padding

 5.Change the axle sleeve.
