G型單螺桿泵型號(hào)在加熱爐燃燒系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用 　　目前,有些中小型鋼鐵廠和其它冶金加工廠在沒有氣體燃料(如煤氣)的條件下,仍在使用液體燃料。而液體燃料為廣泛采用的是重油。比如加熱爐燃燒系統(tǒng)在重油的輸送及噴燃過程中,選擇合適的泵機(jī)組對(duì)爐子的正常工作很重要。由于重油的正常工作粘度一般都比較高(80 ℃時(shí)在50×102-6m2/s以上) ,而且隨著溫度的變化,其粘度的變化比較大。這就要求我們應(yīng)該選擇合適的泵種以適應(yīng)這些介質(zhì)的輸送,使之穩(wěn)定而無故障地運(yùn)行。尤其是重油的噴燃,泵機(jī)組輸送壓力的恒定很重要。根據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前采用外嚙合齒輪泵(稱齒輪泵)的用戶仍居多。其實(shí)在這些系統(tǒng)中如果采用G型單螺桿泵則是有更多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
