Ａ、定子A, stator定子是螺桿泵的一個關(guān)鍵部件，并直接影響到井下機(jī)組的壽命。定子制造質(zhì)量越高，井下機(jī)組的壽命就越長。定子的作用就是提供轉(zhuǎn)子工作和液體抽汲的螺旋腔，其結(jié)構(gòu)非常簡單，由鋼制外殼和塑料／橡膠襯套內(nèi)腔有雙螺旋、三螺旋、四螺旋甚至五螺旋、六螺旋，在相同尺寸下，螺旋數(shù)越多，泵的排量越高。The stator is a key component of the screw pump, which directly affects the life of the downhole unit. Ｆ、抽油桿F, sucker rod所使用的抽油桿是常用的普通抽油桿、空心抽油桿和連續(xù)抽油桿，可根據(jù)油井確定。The sucker rod used is commonly used as a common 1sucker rod, hollow sucker rod and continuous sucker rod, which can be determined according to the oil well.Ｇ、定子扶正器G, stator centralizer定子扶正器為有一定彈性的籠形裝罩，每一對由兩半構(gòu)成，中間大、兩端小。作用是使定子居中和減小定子的擺動。The stator centralizer is a cage shaped cover with a certain elasticity. G型單螺桿泵型號在加熱爐燃燒系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用 　　目前,有些中小型鋼鐵廠和其它冶金加工廠在沒有氣體燃料(如煤氣)的條件下,仍在使用液體燃料。而液體燃料為廣泛采用的是重油。比如加熱爐燃燒系統(tǒng)在重油的輸送及噴燃過程中,選擇合適的泵機(jī)組對爐子的正常工作很重要。由于重油的正常工作粘度一般都比較高(80 ℃時在50×102-6m2/s以上) ,而且隨著溫度的變化,其粘度的變化比較大。這就要求我們應(yīng)該選擇合適的泵種以適應(yīng)這些介質(zhì)的輸送,使之穩(wěn)定而無故障地運(yùn)行。尤其是重油的噴燃,泵機(jī)組輸送壓力的恒定很重要。根據(jù)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前采用外嚙合齒輪泵(稱齒輪泵)的用戶仍居多。其實(shí)在這些系統(tǒng)中如果采用G型單螺桿泵則是有更多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
