軋件通過冷床下的強(qiáng)制噴水霧化，提高了冷卻效果；通過開／關(guān)冷卻水管和采用水壓控制，冷卻速度能夠得到調(diào)節(jié)。

所有的軋件均被送到冷床上的固定位置，由移鋼機(jī)構(gòu)將軋件從步進(jìn)梁上翻出并移至冷床的輸出輥道上。
