增設(shè)強(qiáng)壓功能。即對(duì)卸料鑲塊壓料部加厚尺寸(正常的卸料鑲塊厚H 0.03mm)，以增加對(duì)凹模側(cè)材料的壓力，從而抑制沖切時(shí)沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲變形。凸模刃口端部修出斜面或弧形。這是減緩沖裁力的有效方法。減緩沖裁力，即可減輕對(duì)凹模側(cè)材料的拉伸力，從而達(dá)到抑制沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的效果。

日常模具生產(chǎn)中，應(yīng)注意維護(hù)沖切凸、凹模刃口的鋒利度。當(dāng)沖切刃口磨損時(shí)，材料所受拉應(yīng)力將增大，從而沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的趨向加大。

五金沖壓件應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域

汽車行業(yè)的沖壓。以拉深為主。在我國(guó)這部份主要集中在汽車廠、拖拉機(jī)廠、飛機(jī)制造廠等大廠，獨(dú)立的大型沖壓拉深廠還未幾見。

深縫：鋸削深縫時(shí)即當(dāng)鋸縫的深度超過鋸弓高度時(shí)，高度時(shí)，鋸弓就會(huì)與工具相碰，無法繼續(xù)鋸削；此時(shí)應(yīng)將鋸條拆出，將鋸條轉(zhuǎn)90。

Deep seam: when sawing deep seams, when the depth of the sawblade exceeds the height of the saw bow, when the height is high, the saw bow is touched by the tool and can not continue to be sawed; the saw strip should be removed and the saw blade is turned 90.
