管柱脫落的故障現(xiàn)象是：運(yùn)行電流很低，基本上是電機(jī)的空載電流，除了有一股一股的氣外，井口基本上無產(chǎn)液，正發(fā)循環(huán)時(shí)油套連通。The failure phenomenon of the string is: the running current is very low, basically the motor's no load current. The function is to make the stator middle and reduce the stator wobble.Ｈ、錨定裝置H, anchoring device對(duì)于沒有封隔器的井和泵掛深度淺的井，用于固定定子、消除擺動(dòng)和防止定子脫扣。采用普通的錨定裝置即可。For wells without packers and shallow wells with deep pumps, it is used to fix the stator, eliminate the swinging and prevent the tripping of the stator. 在使用一段時(shí)間的單螺桿泵吸不上液體很有可能是定子和轉(zhuǎn)子損壞所致，檢查更換新的定子或者轉(zhuǎn)子就可以了。    進(jìn)出口管道上的閥門沒有打開或開度不夠，打開進(jìn)出口閥門就可以了。    填料密封的單螺桿泵有可能是填料磨損、機(jī)械密封的螺桿泵有可能機(jī)械密封面損壞或磨損，壓緊或更換填料，機(jī)械密封損壞更換新的機(jī)械密封就可以了。

　G型單螺桿泵型號(hào)在我國(guó)20世紀(jì)50年代就已生產(chǎn),近年來G型單螺桿泵型號(hào)技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用發(fā)展較快。G型單螺桿泵型號(hào)屬于容積式泵,從結(jié)構(gòu)上分:單螺桿泵、雙螺桿泵、三螺桿泵及船用螺桿泵。其中雙螺桿泵及三螺桿泵屬于典型的工業(yè)泵類,本文所述的螺桿泵就指的是這兩種泵。兩者的工作原理基本相同,使用場(chǎng)合相似,區(qū)別在于雙螺桿泵輸送的介質(zhì)粘度范圍更寬些,且適用于非牛頓流體的輸送。兩者總效率相差不大,但雙螺桿泵的容積率略低于三螺桿泵。

211G型單螺桿泵可無脈動(dòng)地工作 　　G型單螺桿泵工作時(shí),通過螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子與泵套的孔壁間形成的一個(gè)個(gè)密封腔,平穩(wěn)地從低壓區(qū)運(yùn)送到高壓區(qū),在整個(gè)運(yùn)送過程中,介質(zhì)作純軸向運(yùn)動(dòng),可完全做到無脈動(dòng)地運(yùn)送介質(zhì)。這一點(diǎn)與齒輪泵不同。齒輪泵工作時(shí),在齒輪的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)下,介質(zhì)作軸向與徑向及其復(fù)合方向的運(yùn)動(dòng),產(chǎn)生明顯的攪拌現(xiàn)象。其輸出壓力的表現(xiàn)形式:G型單螺桿泵的輸出壓力比較穩(wěn)定,齒輪泵則出口壓力會(huì)有波動(dòng)。這一點(diǎn)在輸送高粘度的介質(zhì)(如重油等)時(shí)比較突出。
