混流泵

開車順序：

    1、關閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進水管及泵內空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動真空泵，排除水泵及管內氣體在水充滿水泵的同時，起動水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動機（注意水泵的旋轉方向）。

    4、當電動機正常運轉后，逐步開大閘閥，達到所要求的工況后，調節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運轉，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

Maintenance

    1、經常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內應裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應停車檢查原因予以消除。

Check the bearing temperature

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

1、單級單吸離心泵

老的泵型號有BA、B型單級單吸離心泵，80年代，我國根據國際標準和排灌機械實際情況，對離心泵產品進行更新?lián)Q代研制工作，并生產IB型、IQ型單級離心泵系列產品，已列為國家專業(yè)標準和行業(yè)標準。

單級單吸離心泵，水由軸向單面進入葉輪，葉輪只有一個，因此稱為單級單吸離心泵。其特點是，與混流泵、軸流泵相比，揚程較高，流量較小，結構簡單，使用方便。

IQ型單級單吸離心泵（又稱輕小型離心泵）是針對國國情并滿足用戶提出結構簡單、重量輕、價格低、性能好和配套方便的要求而設計的，共有84種產品，分3個派生系列，413個規(guī)格型號。

1、如果水泵有任何小的故障切記不能讓其工作。如果水泵軸的填料完磨損后要及時添加，如果繼續(xù)使用水泵會漏氣。這樣帶來的直接影響是電機耗能增加進而會損壞葉輪。

2、如果水泵在使用的過程中發(fā)生強烈的震動這時一定要停下來檢查下是什么原因，否則同樣會對水泵造成損壞。

3、當水泵底閥漏水時，有些人會用干土填入到水泵進口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實在不可取。因為當把干土放入到進水管里當水泵開始工作時這些干土就會進入泵內，這時就會損壞水泵葉輪和軸承，這樣做縮短了水泵使用壽命。當?shù)组y漏水時一定要拿去維修，如果很嚴重那就需要更換新的。（一）用途：HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。
