在電機(jī)與減速機(jī)連接前，應(yīng)先將電機(jī)軸鍵槽與緊力螺栓垂直。為保證受力均勻，先將任意對角位置的安裝螺栓旋上，但不要旋緊，再旋上另外兩個對角位置的安裝螺栓后逐個旋緊四個安裝螺栓。

Before connecting the motor to the reducer, the key slot of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt first. To ensure uniform force, screw the mounting bolts at any diagonal ition first, but do not tighten them. Then screw the mounting bolts on the other two diagonal iti, and tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.

減速機(jī)內(nèi)部齒輪寬度 在減速機(jī)傳動空間允許時，增加齒輪寬度，可以減少恒定扭矩下的單位負(fù)荷。降低輪齒撓曲，減少噪聲激勵，從而降低傳動噪聲。

The width of the internal gear of the reducer can be increased when the transmission space of the reducer is allowed, so that the unit load under ctant torque can be reduced. Reduce gear deflection, reduce noise excitation, thereby reducing transmission noise.

對減速機(jī)箱體進(jìn)行共振測試，找出共振位 置，增加適當(dāng)?shù)慕顥l（板），可以提高箱體的剛度，減少箱體的振動，實現(xiàn)降噪。多級傳動時要求瞬時傳動比的變化盡量小，以保證傳動平穩(wěn)，沖擊及振動小，噪聲低。

By testing the resonance of the reducer box, finding out the resonance  and adding appropriate ribs (plates), the stiffness of the box can be increased, the vibration of the box can be reduced and the noise can be reduced. In multistage transmission, the change of instantaneous transmission ratio should be as small as  to ensure stable transmission, low impact and vibration, and low noise.
