設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件必須形狀簡單，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，以有利于簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu)、簡化工序數(shù)量，即用少、簡單的沖壓工序完成整個(gè)零件的加工，減少再用其他方法加工，并有利于沖壓操作，便于組織實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，以高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，在保證能正常使用情況下，盡量使尺寸精度等級(jí)及表面粗糙度等級(jí)要求低一些，并有利于產(chǎn)品的互換，減少廢品、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

設(shè)計(jì)的沖壓件，應(yīng)有利于盡可能使用現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、工藝裝備以及工藝流程對其進(jìn)行加工，并有利于沖模使用壽命的延長。

日常模具生產(chǎn)中，應(yīng)注意維護(hù)沖切凸、凹模刃口的鋒利度。當(dāng)沖切刃口磨損時(shí)，材料所受拉應(yīng)力將增大，從而沖壓件產(chǎn)生翻料、扭曲的趨向加大。

In daily mold production, attention should be paid to sharpness of punching and concave die edges. When the cutting edge is worn, the tensile stress of the material will increase, and the stamping and bending will increase.

清除沖壓機(jī)床滑塊底面、工作臺(tái)面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點(diǎn)位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調(diào)到短（即閉合高度大）。

Remove any material or foreign object on the bottom of the stamping machine slide, working table (or pad plane), and the upper and lower die base of the mold. Manually pull the stamping machine flywheel (or point moving button), adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point, and rotate the adjusting screw, the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).
