旋緊緊力螺栓。所有緊力螺栓均需用力矩板手按標(biāo)明的固定扭力矩數(shù)據(jù)進行固定和檢查。減速機與機械設(shè)備間的正確安裝類同減速機與驅(qū)動電機間的正確安裝。關(guān)鍵是要必須保證減速機輸出軸與所驅(qū)動部分軸同心度一致。

Tighten tight bolt. All tight bolts must be fixed and checked with the fixed torque data marked by the torque plate hand. The correct installation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment is the same as that between the reducer and the driving motor. The key is to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is cistent with the of the drive shaft.

The reducer is an independent component  of gear transmission, worm drive and gear worm drive enclosed in a rigid shell. It is often used as a deceleration between the original and the working machines. The matching speed and transfer torque between prime movers and working machines or actuators are widely applied in modern machines.

With the development of hard tooth surface technology, the internal hardness of gear reducer has been widely used because of its large bearing capacity, small volume, light weight and high transmission accuracy. But the carburizing and hardening used to obtain the hard tooth surface causes the deformation of the gear, which results in the increase of the noise of the gear transmission and the shortening of the service life.
