彎曲度：工字鋼高度小于或等于400MM時(shí)，每米彎曲度不得大于1.5MM，總彎曲度不得大于總長度的0.15%。高度大于400MM時(shí)，每米彎曲度不得大于1.0MM，總彎曲度不得大于總長度的0.1%。

工字鋼的邊長小，高度大，只能承受單方向的力。  H型鋼槽深，厚度大，可以承受兩個(gè)方向的力。

工字鋼只能用于橫梁，而H型鋼才能用于結(jié)構(gòu)的承重柱。
