根據(jù)我國(guó)石油工業(yè)在新世紀(jì)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃要求，積極推動(dòng)石油工業(yè)加熱爐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作向著市場(chǎng)化、國(guó)際化的方向發(fā)展，開展加熱爐企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究。在站場(chǎng)用加熱爐設(shè)計(jì)、使用和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合加熱爐的特點(diǎn)，從統(tǒng)一技術(shù)要求、優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì).

According to the requirements of China's petroleum industry development planning in the new century, we should actively promote the standardization of heating industry in the petroleum industry and develop  the market and internationalization. On the basis of the design, use and management experience of the reheating furnace in the station, combined with the characteristics of the reheating furnace, the technical requirements and the optimum design are made from the unified technical requirements.

爐子壽命長(zhǎng)。由于高溫作用、機(jī)械磨損和腐蝕等因素的綜合作用，爐子不可避免會(huì)有損壞，必須定期對(duì)爐子進(jìn)行檢修，應(yīng)盡可能延長(zhǎng)爐之的使用壽命，降低費(fèi)用。

勞動(dòng)條件好。要求爐子的機(jī)械化及自動(dòng)化程度高，操作條件好，安全衛(wèi)生，對(duì)環(huán)境無污染。

The furnace has a long life. Due to the combined action of high temperature, mechanical wear and corrosion, the furnace will inevitably be damaged. It is necessary to overhaul the furnace regularly, so as to prolong the service life of the furnace and reduce the cost of repair.  

The working conditi are good. It is required that the mechanization and automation of the furnace are high, the operating conditi are good, and the environment is safe and sanitary, and the environment is not polluted.

加熱爐能快速加熱，氧化和脫碳少，適用于加熱圓形料坯和鋼管。與行星軋機(jī)相配合，可用來加熱連鑄板坯；也可對(duì)某些鋼材進(jìn)行局部加熱。缺點(diǎn)是單位爐長(zhǎng)的生產(chǎn)能力低，爐子熱效率較低。

The heating furnace can be heated quickly, with less oxidation and decarburization, and is suitable for heating round billets and steel pipes. It can be used for heating continuous casting slab and heating some steel products. The drawback is that the production capacity of unit furnace length is low and furnace thermal efficiency is low.
