在軋機(jī)設(shè)置了上軋輥動(dòng)態(tài)軸向調(diào)整。軋機(jī)調(diào)零后，可以測(cè)量和存儲(chǔ)上探頭到上輥軸及下探頭到下輥軸的距離。軋制過(guò)程中立輥如失去平衡而引起上輥或下輥的竄動(dòng)，上輥會(huì)與下輥同步調(diào)整，從而保證上、下腹板對(duì)中并控制腹板和翼緣的尺寸。

There is a dynamic axial adjustment of the upper roll on the universal rolling mill. After the rolling mill is zero, the distance between the upper roll shaft and the lower probe can be measured and stored. During the rolling process, if the neutral rolls lose balance, the upper roller or the lower roll will move. The upper roller will synchronize with the lower roller, so as to ensure the upper and lower plate alignment and  the dimensi of web and flange.

開(kāi)口式機(jī)架由機(jī)架底座和上橫梁組成。

開(kāi)口式機(jī)架是型鋼車(chē)間常見(jiàn)的一種機(jī)架形式。這種機(jī)架的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是制造簡(jiǎn)單，裝卸、換輥方便。其缺點(diǎn)是強(qiáng)度和剛度較低，軋輥輥跳值較大，影響產(chǎn)品精度，故只適用于大型軋機(jī)。

The open frame is of the frame base and the upper cross beam.  

The open frame is one of the most common forms in the steel workshop. The advantages of this frame are simple manufacturing, loading and unloading, and convenient for roll change. Its disadvantage is that its strength and stiffness are low, the roll roll value is larger and the precision of the product is affected, so it is only suitable for large rolling mill.

據(jù)說(shuō)在14世紀(jì)歐洲就有軋機(jī)，但有記載的是1480年意大利人達(dá)·芬奇（Leonardo da Vinci）設(shè)計(jì)出軋機(jī)的草圖。1553年法國(guó)人布律列爾(Brulier)軋制出金和銀板材,用以制造錢(qián)幣。此后在西班牙、比利時(shí)和英國(guó)相繼出現(xiàn)軋機(jī)。

It is said that there are rolling mills in Europe in the fourteenth Century, but it is recorded that in 1480, Leonardo Da Vinci (Italian Italian designer Da Finch) designed the draft for rolling mills. In 1553 the French law Adler cloth (Brulier) rolled gold and silver plate, used in the manufacture of coins. Since then, rolling mills have been rolled out in Spain, Belgium and Britain.

按軋制品種、軋機(jī)型式和公稱尺寸來(lái)命名。“公稱尺寸”的原則對(duì)型材軋機(jī)而言，是以齒輪座人字齒輪節(jié)圓直徑命名。

For rolling mills, they are named after the gear ring and the pitch diameter of the herringbone gear.
