即使在惡劣的工況下，高扭矩連續(xù)負(fù)載電機(jī)也能保持磨盤轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定。通用的D/C電機(jī)確保無論在施加多大工作負(fù)荷情況下，磨盤保持轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩恒定。磨盤驅(qū)動采用皮帶傳動，可變速冷卻風(fēng)扇使得機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)非常安靜。

塑封薄膜按鍵控制盤

EcoMet/AutoMet系列磨拋機(jī)的控制盤單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)在鑄鋁的重載機(jī)器外殼之上，控制鍵盤采用密封防水易于清潔的塑封薄膜按鍵設(shè)計(jì)。觸感回饋式按鍵，按觸后有“咔噠”聲響確保操作命令鍵入執(zhí)行?？刂票P包括：時(shí)間；轉(zhuǎn)速；自來水/循環(huán)水；水閥開/關(guān)，磨盤電機(jī)開/關(guān)；滴液系統(tǒng)開/關(guān)；單點(diǎn)力/中心力選擇按鍵；動力頭轉(zhuǎn)向按鍵；工作載荷和暫停/停止按鈕。
