五金沖壓件與鑄件、鍛件相比，具有薄、勻、輕、強的特點。沖壓可制出其他方法難于制造的帶有加強筋、肋、起伏或翻邊的工件，以提高其剛性。秦皇島五金沖壓件由于采用精密模具，工件精度可達微米級，且重復精度高、規(guī)格一致，可以沖壓出孔窩、凸臺等。冷沖壓件一般不再經(jīng)切削加工，或僅需要少量的切削加工。熱沖壓件精度和表面狀態(tài)低于冷沖壓件，但仍優(yōu)于鑄件、鍛件，切削加工量少。

手鋸鋸削的注意事項

鋸條的松緊要合適，且鋸割時壓力不能太大，以防折斷傷人；

當鋸縫歪斜時，不可急于糾正，而需要慢慢地逐步糾正。
