在軋機設置了上軋輥動態(tài)軸向調(diào)整。軋機調(diào)零后，可以測量和存儲上探頭到上輥軸及下探頭到下輥軸的距離。軋制過程中立輥如失去平衡而引起上輥或下輥的竄動，上輥會與下輥同步調(diào)整，從而保證上、下腹板對中并控制腹板和翼緣的尺寸。

There is a dynamic axial adjustment of the upper roll on the universal rolling mill. After the rolling mill is zero, the distance between the upper roll shaft and the lower probe can be measured and stored. During the rolling process, if the neutral rolls lose balance, the upper roller or the lower roll will move. The upper roller will synchronize with the lower roller, so as to ensure the upper and lower plate alignment and  the dimensi of web and flange.

半閉口式機架是機架與機架蓋之間采用斜楔連接的一種機架。這種機架兼有開口式機架和閉口式機架的優(yōu)點，裝卸、換輥方便，制造容易，并有較高的剛度，故一般大中型的型鋼軋機都采用這種形式的機架。

A semi closed frame is a frame with a wedge between the frame and the frame cover. The rack has the advantages of open frame and closed frame. It has the advantages of loading and unloading, easy roll changing, easy manufacture and high rigidity. Therefore, a large and medium-sized steel mill is adopted in this form.

按軋制品種、軋機型式和公稱尺寸來命名。“公稱尺寸”的原則對型材軋機而言，是以齒輪座人字齒輪節(jié)圓直徑命名。

四棍軋機的工作輥直徑較小，傳遞軋制力矩，軋延壓力由直徑較大的支承輥承受。這類設備的主要優(yōu)點是相對剛度較大，壓下量大、軋延力小，可軋制較薄的板材，也包括有可逆和連軋兩種。
