在電機(jī)與減速機(jī)連接前，應(yīng)先將電機(jī)軸鍵槽與緊力螺栓垂直。為保證受力均勻，先將任意對角位置的安裝螺栓旋上，但不要旋緊，再旋上另外兩個對角位置的安裝螺栓后逐個旋緊四個安裝螺栓。

減速機(jī)與工作機(jī)的安裝關(guān)系：為了避免工作機(jī)主軸撓曲及在減速機(jī)軸承上產(chǎn)生附加力，減速機(jī)與工作機(jī)之間的距離，在不影響正常的工作的條件下應(yīng)盡量小，其值為5-10mm。
