  紅外線橋式切機(jī)由于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行切割摩擦作業(yè)，因而需要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑，主軸一般采用7014-1號(hào)高溫潤(rùn)滑脂，每一周檢查一次，然后每隔半年，需要更換一次新的潤(rùn)滑脂。對(duì)于橫向的導(dǎo)軌，縱向的導(dǎo)軌，就需要采用N32導(dǎo)軌潤(rùn)滑油，把潤(rùn)滑油加至齒條面即可，di一次在使用一個(gè)月后，就應(yīng)更換新的潤(rùn)滑油，以后需要每半年就要更換一次新的潤(rùn)滑油。若是不能及時(shí)給紅外線橋切機(jī)進(jìn)行降溫處理，就一定要注意對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行妥善的維護(hù)，以免發(fā)生意外。橫向走箱進(jìn)刀框?qū)к壥峭ㄟ^(guò)手壓加油器集中進(jìn)行加油，每班加一次，采用N32導(dǎo)軌潤(rùn)滑油，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查側(cè)邊的塞鐵，底板塞鐵的間隙應(yīng)保持小于0.15mm。
