彎曲度：工字鋼高度小于或等于400MM時，每米彎曲度不得大于1.5MM，總彎曲度不得大于總長度的0.15%。高度大于400MM時，每米彎曲度不得大于1.0MM，總彎曲度不得大于總長度的0.1%。

Bending degree: when the height of the I-steel is less than or equal to 400MM, the bending degree of each meter must not be more than 1.5MM, and the total bending degree should not be more than 0.15% of the total length. When the height is greater than 400MM, the bending degree of each meter must not be more than 1.0MM, and the total bending degree should not be more than 0.1% of the total length.

H型鋼，是一種截面面積分配更加優(yōu)化、強重比更加合理的經濟斷面型材，因其斷面與英文字母“H”相同而得名。H型鋼的兩條外邊內側沒有斜度，是平直的。這使得H型鋼的焊接拼接比工字鋼操作簡單，單位重量的力學性能更好，可以節(jié)省大量的材料和施工時間。

H steel is a more efficient and economical section with high section area distribution, because its section is the same as the English letter "H". The two sides of the H type steel have no slope inside the inner side, and they are straight. This makes the welding and splicing of H steel simpler than I-steel, better mechanical properties per unit weight, and can save a lot of material and ctruction time.

型材是鐵或鋼以及具有一定強度和韌性的材料通過軋制、擠出、鑄造等工藝制成的具有一定幾何形狀的物體。這類材料具有的外觀尺寸一定，斷面呈一定形狀，具有一定的力學物理性能。Ｈ型鋼的軋制不同于普通工字鋼僅用一套水平軋輥，由于其翼緣較寬且無斜度(或斜度很小)，故須增設一組立式軋輥同時進行輥軋。型材既能單獨使用也能進一步加工成其他制造品，常用于建筑結構與制造安裝。型材的材質、規(guī)格尺寸等可參照相應的國家標準。軋機結構和軋機布置形式較多。在結構形式上有二輥式軋機、三輥式軋機、孔型軋機、多輥孔型軋機、Y型軋機、45°軋機和懸臂式軋機等。
