軋輥中大量使用合金元素是在第二次以后，這是軋鋼設(shè)備朝著大型化、連續(xù)化、高速化、自動化發(fā)展以及軋材強(qiáng)度提高、變形抗力加大后對軋輥性能提出更高要求的結(jié)果。

A large number of alloying elements in the rolls are produced after the Second World War.the result of rolling mill's large performance, continuous, high-speed and automatic development, as well as the increase of rolling strength and resistance to deformation.

軋輥具有粘著力，優(yōu)異的抗壓強(qiáng)度、耐磨性和抗腐蝕性等歸納功用，選用高分子復(fù)合材料在傳動部位磨損規(guī)范相對較小的狀況下可以現(xiàn)場免拆開修正。

The roller has super strong adhesive force, excellent compressive strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and so on. The polymer  material can be free from dismantling in the condition that the wear standard of the transmission part is relatively small.

初軋機(jī)、鋼坯連軋機(jī)、大型型鋼和軌梁軋機(jī)、熱軋板帶鋼軋機(jī)破鱗和軋邊機(jī)、型鋼軋機(jī)的軋邊機(jī)，還有小型型鋼、線棒材軋機(jī)的粗軋機(jī)架等軋機(jī)使用的軋輥，大多采用整體鑄造方法生產(chǎn)，這類軋輥使用層較厚，孔型較深。

The rolling mill of rolling mill, billet rolling mill, large type steel and rail beam mill, hot rolled strip mill break scale, rolling edge mill, type steel universal mill, and rolling mill used in small steel and wire rod mill are mostly produced by the whole casting method, which is thicker and deeper.
