混流泵

水泵的傳動(dòng)方式

         我廠生產(chǎn)的HW型系列混流泵均可用柴油機(jī)、電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，其傳動(dòng)方式視各地區(qū)動(dòng)力情況而定，訂貨時(shí)根據(jù)原動(dòng)機(jī)的型號(hào)（功率、轉(zhuǎn)速）確定水泵的傳動(dòng)方式，以確定皮帶輪的大小或聯(lián)軸器的規(guī)格。

 IV.    Drive Mode of Pump

       Our HW

seriel mixed-flow pump can be driven by diesel engine and motor.The drive mode

can be chosen according to the local motive power situation. When placing an

order for the pump, we should decide the drive mode of the pump according to

the prime motor type(power, rotate speed) in order to confirm the size of

pulley or coupling.

（六）軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵軸流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，處長使用壽命。

VI.The water deflector of axile can stop the water

running into the bearing body through the pump axile which

can protect

the bearing and lengthen the service life .

（一）安裝原則

  1、安裝高度：視雨季或旱季不同情況具體考慮，要求吸上真空高度不超過泵的吸程。

  2、安裝位置的選擇:盡可能靠近水源，做到既保證安全、又縮短進(jìn)水管路，減少揚(yáng)程損失。

8、水泵在冬季使用時(shí)，停車后應(yīng)將水泵內(nèi)和管道內(nèi)的存水放盡以防凍裂。

If use the pump

in winter, pls run off the water from the pump and pipes.

    9、水泵每使用一個(gè)灌溉季節(jié)后，應(yīng)更換潤滑黃油后存放。

Replace the

lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

10、水泵工作滿500小時(shí)，應(yīng)仔細(xì)拆卸檢查零件的磨損情況，如長期停用，應(yīng)將運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

S型泵性能范圍流量160～18000立方米/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程12～125米，進(jìn)水口直徑150～1400毫米，轉(zhuǎn)速2950、1450、970、730、585、485、360轉(zhuǎn)/分。

（1）D型泵性能范圍 流量6.3～720立方米/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程16～600米，進(jìn)水口徑：50、75、100、125、150、200毫米，其中50～125毫米泵型為高轉(zhuǎn)速2950轉(zhuǎn)/分，150～200毫米泵型轉(zhuǎn)速為1480轉(zhuǎn)/分。

（2）結(jié)構(gòu)型式 D型多級(jí)離心泵為臥式多級(jí)（2～12級(jí)），葉輪為單吸，泵體為分段式。當(dāng)首級(jí)葉輪為雙吸時(shí)，用DS表示，當(dāng)同時(shí)規(guī)定有兩種轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，低速用DA表示，用于鍋爐給水的多級(jí)離心泵，用DG表示。
