食品進(jìn)口操作流程： 
（1）進(jìn)口流程需到進(jìn)口港當(dāng)?shù)厣虣z局做進(jìn)口食品收貨人備案，獲取備案號。
（2）在獲取備案號后，到進(jìn)口商檢局做進(jìn)口食品標(biāo)簽備案，申請資料2份[標(biāo)簽審核申請表、中文標(biāo)簽樣張（紙質(zhì)版及小于250K的電子版，按GB 7718-2004（預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽通則）及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制作）、原標(biāo)簽及中文翻譯件（紙質(zhì)版及小于250K的電子版）、反映產(chǎn)品特定屬性的證明材料等。
（3）食品標(biāo)簽做好后，可安排食品提前報(bào)檢，提供單證：貿(mào)易合同/信用證、FP、裝箱清單、原產(chǎn)地證/合法生產(chǎn)銷售證明原件、缺陷產(chǎn)品召回承諾書、中文標(biāo)簽檢驗(yàn)備案相關(guān)資料。
（4） 出具報(bào)關(guān)單，海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)，出具稅單，進(jìn)口食品收貨人繳納關(guān)稅增值稅，海關(guān)放行，安排貨物進(jìn)境。
（5） 貨物到達(dá)進(jìn)口口岸后，商檢局檢務(wù)科對食品進(jìn)行查驗(yàn)和抽樣送檢，商檢查驗(yàn)后過海關(guān)通道，（海關(guān)如布控，則海關(guān)需要查驗(yàn)）
（6）查驗(yàn)放行后，貨物應(yīng)放到商檢局認(rèn)可的倉庫存放，并加貼中文標(biāo)簽。
（7）送檢結(jié)果出來后，合格的簽發(fā)《衛(wèi)生證書》，進(jìn)口商/代理商/經(jīng)銷商/收貨人獲得合格的《衛(wèi)生證書》后方可銷售使用該批食品。不合格的簽發(fā)“檢驗(yàn)檢疫處理通知書”，報(bào)檢人要求索賠的，可申請出具不合格《衛(wèi)生證書》。報(bào)檢人應(yīng)按照處理意見進(jìn)行處理。
